Sports Massage

Deep stroking methods plus special stretching movements specific to your sport soothe and invigorate muscles before or after sports activity. This massage is helpful with injury prevention, rehabilitation, and flexibility. Therapeutic and energizing.

Cancellation Policy

A twenty-four hour cancellation notice is required for scheduled treatments. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of their appointment fee. An appointment cancelled with less than 2 hours notice will be charged the full fee. Charges will be made against a credit or gift card.
